Take a short walk through Váci Street and eat a piece of „Zserbó” at the world-famous Gerbeaud Confectionery. This piece of cake is made from walnut and chocolate with a little apricot jam. There is no way missing this traditional Hungarian sweet. The recipe is more than 200 years old, you can taste history in it.
Wonder around Vörösmarty Square’s romantic architecture after tasting Hungary’s traditional cakes. The tour ends at Szamos Confectionery at Vörösmarty tér where you can buy some more traditional Hungarian sweets, or just have a refreshing coffee after visiting the sweet side of Budapest.
